ITI Indiana Plants Data Center Operations & Site Operations Manager

Oversee all data center functions and initiatives for 2 plant data centers totaling 5100 sq. ft., and IT operations for 2 plants. Supervise staff of 11 employees and contractors in supporting 50 IP subnets, >40servers, 1500 PCs, and 300 printers. Manage and maintain network and server infrastructure and design, systems and network support, help desk operations, IT security, system administration, PLC programming and data collection, disaster recovery, project management, and more. Plan and lead multi-million dollar installations, conversions, and process improvement initiatives.

 

Accomplishments:

·              Delivered $750K in annual software licensing cost savings by standardizing software.

·              Produced $350K in savings by completing installation of web-based process application, including new server and SQL database, 34% ahead of schedule.

·              Saved $100K per year by negotiating combined software service contracts for 4 plants.

·              Achieved $125K in annual savings by negotiating new software licensing agreements.
